a. By becoming a paid subscriber, you will have access to the music video production services, music composition services, music and film streaming services, internet radio broadcast, and various other current and future entertainment services. - Subscription fees are non-refundable.
a. ASAAO LTD and its subsidiaries reserve the right to modify or discontinue any or all of its services at any time without prior notice. - Intellectual Property
a. All content on the site, including but not limited to music, videos, images, and text, is the property of ASAAO LTD, its Founder, C.E.O., & Managing Director and it’s respective artists and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the site without ASAAO LTD’s C.E.O. or Managing Director’s express written permission. - User Conduct
a. Subscribers must be at least eighteen years of age and are solely responsible for their use of the site and any content they post.
b. Subscriber, visitors, or any other users of the site may not use the site to:
i. Engage in any illegal activity.
ii. Harass, threaten, or harm others.
iii. Post or transmit any content that is obscene, offensive, or defamatory. iv. Distribution or resale of any of the intellectual property of ASAAO LTD or its artists.
c. ASAAO LTD and its subsidiaries reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscriber’s account for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms and conditions. - Privacy

b. By using the site, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the privacy policy. - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
a. Neither ASAAO LTD no it’s subsidiaries makes any warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on the website. This site may contain various media including videos and images that may be considered inappropriate for those with a sensitivity to light. Do not view or register to use this website if you have epilepsy or any similar medical condition.
b. ASAAO LTD and its subsidiaries are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site or any of its services.
c. ASAAO LTD’s liability for any claim arising out of these terms and conditions or the use of the site shall be limited to the total amount of membership fees paid by the member for term of his or her membership. - Governing Law
